Hello to all participating vendors,
The December 16th event is canceled due to the annual Christmas Tree Lighting at the Wiregrass Mall.
For all of those who are booked, please stay tuned! We are replacing this event date with another event! We are working with Midtown Tampa to host a Merry Midtown Market that will feature 100+ vendors. They will be closing the entire footprint of Gramercy Lane in front of the Hotel for this date.
The vendor application has been simplified and will not charge a fee. It will be activated by Thursday this week and all of you will receive a link to sign up to participate!
Thank you all for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to working with you at Midtown if your schedule allows it.

Individual market and event applications are private. Only Vendors with Approved TBM Organization Applications will have access to our specific market and event registrations.
Applying to TBM Markets and Events - Both new and returning vendors follow a 3-step process in Marketspread:
- STEP 1 - To begin the application process, all vendors interested in working with TBM are required to complete a Marketspread Profile .
- STEP 2 - Each season, both new and returning vendors will complete the Tampa Bay Markets Organization application . Our team will review submitted applications to ensure insurance, equipment, applicable licensing and product requirements are met with the appropriate uploaded documents and photos.
- STEP 3 - Once a vendor’s application is APPROVED by the TBM organization, each vendor will receive an email with links to register for any of the markets and events we operate. These market-specific registration apps are, hosted on Marketspread, are where vendors submit available dates for booking consideration and products they wish to sell at a particular market or event.

Fresh Market at Wiregrass
The Fresh Market at Wiregrass has been in session since 2011. This is a popular open air market located on Paseo Drive at the Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL.
This Market operates on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, year-round.
The Market Season operates from October - September each season. Application submissions are not accepted after August 1 of the current season.
New Vendor Applications are available on August 1st for the upcoming season.
Hours of Operation: October through May 10a-2p
This location allows for 80+ vendors.
