Our product is called Torshi, which is Persian style pickled vegetables ( Carrots, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Celery, sweet pepper, Jalapeno, Garlic, Mint, Dill ) made from fresh local vegetables and herbs.
Torshi can be served as an delightful appetizer, side dish, on charcuterie board, in sandwiches, with rise or meat ,with cheese & crackers, Bar snack.
