Aronia Bijou Bloom and Marcy's Sourdough and Sweet

Marcy has two year old sourdough starter that is the basis of her white, wheat and Rye breads. She has been selling at the Farmers Market and personal clients for 2 years. She is famous for her Brownies and Chocolate Chip cookies. This summer she will be adding new items and specials.
This is Ann's second Farmers Market. She only worked half of last years, but it has been a very good year. She is still introducing Aronia Bijou Bloom Shrub to the community. Shrub is a cordial from vinegar and the Aronia Berry that is very beneficial to ones health. The Aronia Berry is the highest in antioxidants. of all the fruits and berries. Ann has 5 different flavors with Aronia berry as the base but also adding spices and other sugars to fit different palates.
Ann also makes Scones to sell at the market with Marci.
