Flavored Puff Puffs/ African donuts

Puff Puff is a popular African snack. Leavened and deep fried dough made from wheat and ground beans (for a gluten free option) is much like mini donuts but with African flavors. These are widely consumed in central, west and east african countries. I am sourcing my flour from a Washington farm and will also be featuring some exotic fruits from local farmers Markets for seasonal chef specials.
