Brookies

Square is the new circular! Our cookies are prepared and served in the shape of a bar, like a brownie, rather than the traditional circular cookie shape. We call them 'brookies' as they taste like a cookie, but have the texture of a brownie! Our flavour roster is compiled of eight gourment flavours; six of the flavours are our classics and two of the flavours are seasonal and rotate out on a seasonal schedule. Our six classic flavours are as follows: 1. He Shoots, He S'mores!: Graham Cracker + Marshmallow + Milk Chocolate 2. Hall of Famer: Salted Browned Butter + Milk Chocolate 3. Cross Bar: Milk Chocolate + Dark Chocolate + White Chocolate 4. The Sin Bin: Sea Salt + Caramel + Milk Chocolate (stuffed with our family's famous caramel) 5. Top Shelf: Peanut Butter + Chocolate (stuffed with an *entire* Reese's Peanut Butter Cup) 6. Wize x Bar Down Cookies: Earl Grey + White Chocolate (collaboration with a local sparkling tea company; Wize)
