I raise Piedmontese cattle, which is a breed from northern Italy known for being extremely lean, very tender, with an incredible flavor. Piedmontese also has the highest percentage of Omega 3 fatty acids of any breed. They are raised with no hormones, no antibiotics, no chemical weed control, no man-made fertilizers.
