Shapes in Temple Terrace is a dedicated fitness center driven towards empowering all women to obtain their fitness goals. Shapes provides a positive, fun, safe, and comfortable environment for women to thrive. Our state of the art gym includes all of the latest equipment, infrared sauna, tanning booths, and hydro massage chair. Our certified trainers here at Shapes in Temple Terrace are passionate about customizing programs specifically for each individual women. At Shapes, we have designed our group fitness program to keep members fitness life balanced. We offer a wide variety of classes (30+ a week) in all of the three main components in group fitness: CARDIO, STRENGTH and MIND/BODY. Here at Shapes in Temple terrace, we want to see every women succeed even our wonderful mothers, we offer a safe and fun kid zone environment for children. We provide games and activities to keep your little ones occupied. Our kid zone staff is CPR certified and a back ground check is conducted prior to their employment. We also equip our Kids Zone area with video monitoring so you can be rest assured that they are safe and having a blast!
