The Greensted regenerative project is a multi-enterprise farm business. We specialize in growing 15 varieties of microgreens on a weekly basis, packaged in 6 core products, sold mostly wholesale to grocery and co-op stores. We also offer a vegetable CSA and on-site vegetables for purchase, retail Farmstore w/all locally sourced/produced products including dairy, meat, pantry items, pet food and toys, goats milk soaps, bees wax lotions and balms; we have scheduled educational opportunities.
