Our cattle are nurtured and cared for in a stress-free environment. They are raised on a mix of grass and forage, that we call our “salad bar beef”. This diet combination for the cattle, creates a balanced source of protein that our body then can absorb and utilize for its benefit.

We do not use any antibiotics, growth hormones, chemical fertilizers, or synthetic pesticides. Through our implemented practices like no-tillage cropping and rotational grazing, this has created a supportive growing environment for our cattle and other species within the ecosystem.

Our beef is purchased and then custom processed to meet your needs. Beef is sold as quarter, halves, whole cow. Occasional ala carte options are available as supplies last.
