Climbing Stump Farm

Climbing Stump Farm raises Scottish Highland Cattle. Highland beef is 23% more tender than commercial beef, has 7% more protein, 17% more iron and 4% less cholesterol. Our cattle are mostly grass fed with quality pasture and forage as the basis of our feeding program using rotational grazing. Our cattle are not fed grain, but we supplement animals that need additional energy with soy hulls. We sell beef by the quarter directly to consumers. We also sell UDSA processed cuts directly from the farm.
