"In an age of fast and frozen, Great Harvest is a scratch-made-only bakery cafe employing age old, slow-food methods which bring return long forgotten flavor and goodness without the use of unpronounceable ingredients. We even mill our own flour in right in the bakery! Beyond the 8-12 varieties of bread we offer each day, you'll love our full line of delicious treats as well as mixes and granolas to take home.
We use the the simplest ingredients possible, include as much whole grain as feasible, mill our own whole wheat flour (two varieties), use only third-party certified non-gmo, pesticide free wheat, use only unbleached, unbromated white flour, and outsource none of our baking. We use local eggs from pastured hens as well as locally sourced butter as well other local ingredients on a seasonal basis.
