While we might be seen around town in our food truck, my true love is making my handmade tamales. I enjoy selling my tamales which are traditional to southern Mexico and Central America. Every tamale is gluten free, and I have meat, vegetarian, and vegan options as well. At the markets, tamales can be eaten fresh at the time of purchase, taken frozen to be eaten at another time, or can be pre-ordered in bulk for special occasions.
