Each 8-week training cycle is progressive building on the previous week. This challenges the body and allows for improvements in strength and tone. Our workouts have Progressive Overload – we challenge your body to accomplish the goals you want. Also, we don’t just tell you what to do but why. What it’ll do for you. Group fitness doesn’t do this. This is the personal training aspect.
Having been developed by health and fitness professionals, there are literally thousands of different routines. Members will not see just variations of the same programs and workouts. This program is designed to allow specific training on each day. As such, you can work out for 6 days a week, the program allowing for proper recovery and avoidance of repetitive motion injuries. Different days may focus on strength, tone, or cardio.
