I am a local cottage baker based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I bake sourdough bread and specialize in a bluebeard durum baguette. I use Oklahoma grown wheat freshly milled on stone by Chisholm Trail Milling (Oklahoma's only stone mill). I also make confections and pastries on a seasonal basis. I currently sell my bread at Flora Bodega in the Paseo as well as selling directly to consumers. I am trying to get into a regular routine with markets.
