Elderflower

An exceptionally fragrant flower. These are harvested within a small window before the flower has pollinated, and must be kept dry. This is so that the end user can soak them in cold water and retain maximum "essence" from the flower. This liquid can now be used for a base when making syrup, icing, cordial, jelly, etc.
