Morels- Blonde, Natural

We forage many types of morels- these (Morchella americana) are characterized by their affiliation with cottonwood trees and recur year after year naturally, unlike the more prolific burn morels which need a forest fire. Their flavor is subtle, and a little nuttier and more elegant than the fire morels.
