British Columbia is one of the best places on the planet for eating wild. During the right weather, mountain conifer forests are brimming with an incredible variety of bold, pristine mushrooms. There's the buttery fragrant chanterelle, the firm nutty porcini, the crisp lobster mushroom- reminiscent in both flavor and texture of its namesake. In the spring time, fresh green nettle sprouts, maple blossoms, fiddleheads, and wild asparagus usher in the growing season. Your Wildest Foods is here to both fanatically pursue and studiously learn about these elusive woodland treats. We are excited for the opportunity to both bring you a taste of the wild, and share what we've learned about the fascinating world they come from.
