Nourishing treats by Certified Natural Chef Lisa, who has your good health and tastebuds in mind. With grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, low-sugar & low-carb options, there is something for everyone. The pantry is stocked with high quality ingredients including local and seasonal produce, along with a large variety of flours from different gluten-free grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some of which are freshly ground in-house. Many ingredients are organic (shown on food tags), and the oats/oat flour are certified gluten-free and glyphosate-free from Saskatchewan. Fair-trade dark chocolate and cocoa powder are sourced from Europe and our eggs are free-range. Some items are lightly sweetened with Canadian maple syrup or honey. Healthy fats are chosen from olive oil, butter, coconut oil and coconut milk. We do not use xanthan-gum. Find VNB at Van markets year round, and at our new storefront coming soon to West Broadway!
