Barrel-Aged Nocino

Nocino is a lesser-known Italian Digestivo-style liqueur made from unripened walnuts, and flavoured with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coffee bean, sweetened with demerara sugar. We have recreated this delicious spirit using Okanagan walnuts, and aged it for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels to allow the flavour to mature into a wonderfully complex, warm and cozy liqueur.
