Hello, I am a 47 year old gay male who had suffered from IBD/IBS my whole life, until I discovered the magical healing properties of eating live cultured fermented foods. This began my journey to create healthy non pasteurized foods. I am a university trained chef who worked many facets of the industry before working in the film industry. With my return to food, I came up with The Booch Queen, as I started with Kombucha and then my product list grew. My gut health has never been better and most of my previous symptoms have vanished.
