Description
The mini-pavlovas are made with gourmet meringues (different flavours) and filled with brigadeiros*, cream, or ganache. Also decorated with fresh fruits.
*Brigadeiro: it is a popular Brazilian sweet treat made with chocolate and can be mixed with fruits to get different flavours. For now, I'm just working with dark chocolate, lemon, and berries.
