Well balanced, flawless, and priming right now! The acidity stands out and reflects on the nose, on the palate, and on how it makes your mouth water. Crisp. Nice transition between the front and back palate. It’s light on it’s feet, almost like it’s dancing in your mouth. There’s citrus, gooseberry, nectarine, lime and yellow apple on the nose plus tons of florality as if you’re in a lush garden with a touch of grassiness. Crunchy pear, Meyer lemon, a bit of peach, lemon zest, and white tea on the palate. A fantastic flavour sequence, and then you get salt on the lips after the lingering, satisfying finish.
