Appearance: Clear, bright. Pale straw colour with small effervescent bubbles.

Nose: Tantalizing bouquet of white flowers, tropical fruit, peach, nectarine, and orange.

Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Flavours of stone fruit, lychee, and lemon-lime zest. Lightly effervescent with a bright finish. This is a fun and approachable sparkling with a great deal of versatility. Citrussy, herbaceous and floral on the nose, you can easily detect that the Bacchus is there. The Muscat brings aromatics, but also finesse and complexity, with loads of tangerine, Meyer lemon and peach flavours. The freshness and the bright acidity make this white blend a great dinner table partner.
