Snowgoose is a producer of specialty liquor products, including rice wines, rice spirits, mead (honey wine), and blueberry wine. We are the only manufacturer of Chinese style rice wines and rice spirits in Canada.
With family traditions and recipes, and education background in agricultural and biology, the maker focuses on expressing the purity, elegance, and richness of rice in his wines and spirits. We use as much local materials as possible. Our rice is from Californian sweet rice (sorry, we don't grow rice in BC and Canada). Wines and spirits of different styles and flavors are created with different yeast breeds and brewing crafts.
Our products includes rice wines of several styles and flavors, rice spirits of two strengths, honey wine (mead), and blueberry wine.
