Shorba Broth Bar serves nourishing bone-broth based beverages and meals inspired by ancient food-as-medicine wisdom to people pursuing wellness but also convenience in the modern world. Drawing on our Indian roots, we combine the food science of Ayurveda with the growing awareness of broth being a traditional superfood. We source bones from locally raised grass-fed cattle and free-range poultry, and use organic vegetables and spices.
