RISING KNEAD BAKERY A micro bakery specializing in traditional naturally fermented sourdough breads and pastries. Everything is handcrafted in small batches using organic Canadian-grown grains with a percentage being milled in house. We use real ingredients, that means you’ll find no additives or preservatives in our products.
