Mis Cazuelas Mexican Food

Mis Cazuelas is Mexican comfort food inspired by memories of home. Hailing from northern Mexico, owner Angeles Canedo remembers her father traveling to other regions to bring home specific ingredients for her mother to prepare authentic Mexican recipes. Thanks to her father's travels to the central and southern parts of the country, Angeles and her brothers learned about flavours from every corner of Mexico. Her mother's home cooking combined a dedication to using natural ingredients, with the nurturing energy of a mother's heart. Angeles' goal with Mis Cazuelas is to recreate her mother's dishes, flavours that evoke feelings of family and comfort, and to also preserve the beautiful memories of her childhood.
