Aromatic, warm, and fierce. Our Garam Masala is a potpourri of different spices which comes from our founder's family who has roots in Old Delhi.

Pan roasted in small batches and freshly pounded with utmost care and love.

Use this in any recipe that calls for it, but also try it as a finishing touch on roasted vegetables, in stews, or rubbed on grilled meats.

Ingredients: Bay leaf, cinnamon, black cardamom, nutmeg, cardamom, black Peppercorn, mace, cloves, fennel seeds, cumin, coriander seeds, caraway, dry fenugreek leaves & dry ginger Powder.
