We are a local up and comer who is crafting Artisan Lacto-Fermented Dill Pickles. Come meet the #MicklesMob! Tangy OG is our Classic, Drunken Dill is floating in loads of fresh dill and garlic, and Our Spicy Gal is a fun salsa dance of Serrano, Thai and Banana peppers. All of them are full of tangy pucker fun! Along with the varieties of Dill Pickles we have a Summer Chutney that is a long time family recipe. This Chutney has Apples, Peaches, Pears, Tomatoes, Onions all simmered up for a sweet savory vibe to it perfect for proteins, charcuterie, cheeses... mmm Baked Brie! Heck I put it on toast.
