Le Meadow's Pantry is very proud to make authentic artisan jam, award winning marmalade and vinegar in Vancouver, BC. We love the honesty of traditional preserve making and it's heritage and are committed to creating pantry classics using time honoured skills. The quality of our preserves is defined by carefully choosing high quality fruits that are locally grown whenever possible, using a balanced amount of pure cane sugar, no additives, preservatives or pectin. Additionally, our French style preserves are made completely by hand and cooked in incredible small batches resulting in an outstanding, simple and honest product full of bright flavours.

Production Practices

Le Meadow's Pantry was born out of an appreciation for the art of slow living and the rhythms of nature around us. Our preserves evolve with the seasons of the year and will inspire you to eat simple and tasty food, made with local ingredients following artisanal methods and traditions.

We are constantly building strong relationships with farmers, using organic or locally sourced fruits as often as possible, high quality non gmo pure cane sugar, fresh lemon juice and botanicals.

Each of our recipes are made using methods designed to endorsed quality and integrity. We believe that producing in small batches, involving a significant portion of manual labour and a limited use of automated machined results in exceptional products.
Our artisan jams are always first and foremost about the fruit. Herbs, flowers and spices are used to enhances the natural flavour of the fruits-not mask- resulting in rich and balanced flavours.

I grew up in the eastern countryside of Québec surrounded by maple trees, apple orchards, and vegetable gardens.
At an early age, I was introduced to foraging wild plants and harvesting fruits and vegetables from our land. Through this experience, my passion for food was born. This is where I learned the importance of preserving and capturing the flavours, of each season.

In different capacities, much of my life has been spent around food, books, writing and plants.
I am an artisan jam and marmalade maker, a mother of two amazing daughters, three cats, and a grumpy dog. I am a lover of fruit trees, forests, botanicals, and gardens. British Colombia is our home, surrounded by nature, orchards, and farms — the perfect location to pursue my passion for food by transforming perfectly ripe fruit into jewel-like preserves.
