Small bakery specialising in hand rolled filled donuts and canelés, a classic French pastry from the Bordeaux region of France. Canelés take 2 days to make in order to perfect the caramelised, crispy & chewy exterior and the custardy interior. La Bise adds a modern twist by adding toppings such as salted caramel, fruit curds, chocoate & other seasonal flavours.
