Kultured Method is deeply rooted in the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, reflecting my unique journey of spending formative years in Korea and living in Canada over the last two decades. With this foundation, my products draw inspiration from the heritage of Korean cuisine. However, the vision extends beyond traditional boundaries - the goal is to create an inclusive and diverse food culture, fostering curiosity and creativity in the enjoyment of fermented products.

Kultured Method currently has two products available:

Kultured Method Nutty Dip: A versatile and delightfully textured option, perfect for dipping fresh vegetables, chips, or spreading on bread and crackers. What sets it apart is the infusion of walnuts that add a unique depth to its character and leaves one feeling satisfied with every crunch.

Kultured Method Creamy Sauce: Our Sauce is not your ordinary condiment; it's a culinary gem admired for its creamy texture. We achieve this delightful creaminess through a special tofu emulsion, ensuring that it's completely plant-based. This creamy base serves as the canvas for an explosion of savory and flavorful notes, making it an ideal choice to enhance the taste of various dishes.

My overarching mission is to create products with meticulously balanced flavours that seamlessly integrate into Western food palettes for the local community to relish the nutrient-packed, plant-based goodness of Korean tastes, transcending diverse dietary preferences.
