Production Practices
All of products are all natural. We use only real ingredients. No flavourings, extracts or gumming agents or corn syrup. Our cordials and syrups are 25-40% less sugar than a typical simple syrup.

Peggy Speir
A life long food professional, Peggy started her career with the gourmet food business in New York City as buyer and product developer. Peggy transitioned into catering, touring with bands around the world as their private chef, for 18 years before landing in British Columbia. Frostbites was born in 2010 with a desire to connect with local farmers and the Sea to Sky community through creating unique and whimsical all natural syrups to be show cased over hawaiian style shave ice. This morphed into bottling her sought after syrups and bringing them to the Canadian market in 2013.
