Food on the Table is dedicated to bringing you quality, nourishing and delicious, globally inspired pre-made meals, made fresh every week then frozen for your convenience.

Our products are mostly family sized "Mains" serving anywhere from 2 to 8 people. Dishes are made from scratch with local (whenever possible), fresh and wholesome ingredients. Most of our globally-inspired meals cater to different eating styles including keto, vegetarian / vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. All meals are expertly crafted with a whole lot of TLC!
