Pistachio Saffron Cake

Theres Pistachio sponge soaked in saffron syrup and topped with Chantily, chopped pistachios and rose petals. This dessert is inspired from a creamy popsicle we get in India called 'Kesar Pista Kulfi'. 'Kesar' means saffron and 'Pista' means Pistachio. There's also a hint of cardamom in the sponge and this dessert is Egg free.
