BC Garlic is a certified organic family owned operation that strives to bring the best garlic flavors to Lower Mainland foodies. We are growing over 45 carefully selected varieties in a sustainable and responsible way in the Fraser Valley. We specialize in hard neck varietals because of their unique flavors, health benefits and large clove size. Our harvest season starts with delicious green garlic scapes used for soups, stews, stir fries and pesto. We also bring to you garlic umbels and bulbils for planting or culinary use. In addition to fresh garlic, we also supply freeze dried garlic and garlic scapes for year round availability. For those of us with a sweet tooth, we prepare our own 'Black Garlic' for an unforgettable culinary experience.
