Mochi Moon Waffles

Serving mochi waffles, which are a little different than traditional waffles in texture and are gluten free because they’re made using mochiko flour (sweet rice flour). They have a pleasant chewiness on the inside and a nice crispness on the outside. Our mochi waffles are on a skewer type stick and served with a variety of optional toppings, such as fresh fruit, Nutella, real maple syrup, fresh whipped cream and more.
