LEMON VITALITY
Lemon Vitality became a favorite of mine before I ever even bought the kit. I’m totally addicted to using it every single day. Add to water in the morning to detox body and shed pounds.
DIGIZE VITALITY
DiGize Vitality is a blend of ginger, anise, fennel, peppermint, tarragon, lemongrass, patchouli, and Juniper. Exclusive to Young Living, it was a big influence for me to try out essential oils. It’s a great mealtime companion to complement my health regimen. I keep it on hand for when my digestive system needs a boost!
THIEVES VITALITY
I was immediately drawn to Thieves’ versatility and wasn’t surprised to find out that it’s Young Living’s most popular product. It’s a powerful blend of lemon, eucalyptus, clove, cinnamon, and rosemary. Thieves Vitality supports a healthy immune system and can contribute to overall wellness when it’s taken as a dietary supplement.
Thieves also has its own line of cleaning supplies through Young Living! I’ve already replaced my hand sanitizer with a Thieves sanitizer and will continue to replace some of my household cleaners with Thieves products.
PEPPERMINT VITALITY
Peppermint Vitality is one I always have in my home. Not only does it support gastrointestinal system comfort, it also enhances healthy gut function. Use Peppermint Vitality to help maintain the efficiency of the digestive tract and support normal digestion.
PANAWAY
PanAway is a stimulating blend of peppermint, wintergreen, clove, and helichrysum. You can only get it as a wholesale member of Young Living and it’s a great addition to the Premium Starter Kit. It can be applied to fatigued muscles after exercise or during a massage. PanAway contains naturally occurring methyl salicylate and menthol, commonly used as the active ingredients in many sports creams. With that said, it can also be applied to the neck and back for a soothing and stimulating aromatic experience!
RAVEN
Raven is another essential oil blend unique to Young Living and consists of ravintsara, lemon, wintergreen, peppermint, and eucalyptus radiata. It can be used to make your own chest rub to apply over the chest and throat. Simply add a warm compress over top to result in a calming aroma. Raven is a must-have for every home during the winter months!
CITRUS FRESH
Citrus Fresh is an antioxidant-rich blend and can freshen the air of any environment. With a sweet, refreshing blend of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, and a splash of spearmint, Citrus Fresh gives a revitalizing and uplifting aromatic experience. I love diffusing it in the morning for an energizing atmosphere.
FRANKINCENSE
Frankincense has a stimulating and focusing aroma. Dubbed as “The King of Oils”, it promotes the appearance of smooth, healthy-looking skin. You can find it featured in Young Living’s line of skincare products, too!
LAVENDER
Ahhhh, lavender.    If I had to pick one essential oil for the rest of my life, it would be lavender. The most versatile of all essential oils, it can be used in so many ways. It’s calming aroma is soothing and refreshing, perfect for fighting occasional nervous tension. Lavender can also be used to cleanse and soothe minor skin irritation.

Stress Away has been a game-changer for me. The calming blend of lavender, lime, vanilla, copaiba, cedarwood, and ocotea means I keep it with me at all times.
