BertFromEarth LLC

BertFromEarth is a maker of unique sauces and specialty foods including hot sauces, spicy preserves, and dry spices. Most of our sauces are fermented and we use the byproducts to make other products like our dry spices. We make all our foods at the Wildflower commissary in the Redd Building on SE 7th Ave. We source our vegetables from local farms in season and even freeze local produce for winter making.
