Gomez BBQ it’s been in business since 2015. We have been doing business with catering, special events, farmers market, and our store front. We have worked at the Carmel farmers market since 2020. at that farmers market, we have served hot and ready food such as breakfast sandwiches, and our brisket gravy for biscuits. we also sell brisket by the pound, pulled pork by the pound, our house sauces and other meats. During the winter, we also have soups that we sell, such as smoked chicken, gumbo, our kitchen sink chili, and smoked chicken ettoufee.
