I started Painting while I was in High School in Central Point, OR, but stopped when I joined the U.S. Air Force in 1971 during the Vietnam War.
I met my late husband, Vince, in 1981 in Denver, CO. A few years later, while visiting my family in Southern Oregon, my dad shared one of my paintings with Vince. Vince looked very surprised, and asked why I wasn't sill painting. From that time on, it became important to both us that I start exploring this creative side of me once more!
Since then, I've shown paintings in galleries in Denver and Pueblo. My art reflects my love of color, changing patterns, my passions, and situations that we all face in everyday life.
