MHJC Stroopwafels

We (my daughter and I) make home made delicious Dutch Stroop-wafels (Dutch Syrup Waffles).
We make them fresh on Fridays with the goal to sell them by package on Saturday during the Farmers Market in Coppell.
Our approach is to bake samples during the market, so customers can see how we make them and sample taste these delicious waffles.
Our ingredients are as follows:

For the Dough we use:
- flower
- soft butter
- fine sugar
- egg
- yeast
- cinnamon powder
- lukewarm milk
- salt

For the syrup we use:
- Brown sugar
- Soft butter
- Cinnamon powder
- Golden Syrup
- Treacle Syrup

All ingredients are bought/made locally in Coppell.
