Bay Water Bagels is a one-woman show — using high quality ingredients to make hand rolled sourdough bagels. Bagel options are all sourdough in type and vary in flavors to include plain, everything, poppy, sesame, jalapeño, cinnamon raisin, cranberry & salt. A chewy, crispy shell is met with a soft interior. The gut-healthy effects of sourdough will leave your stomach feeling satisfied.

I’ve recently moved from Oahu to COS with my family (husband, and two daughters, ages 4 & a 6 month old). We are a military family who has moved a lot, but my husband will be retiring within the next two years and we will settle down here after that time. I have transplanted my bagel business in the process of our move! I have been making sourdough bagels since 2022 and began selling them when I opened my first business in 2023. Although I applied for a few farmers markets in HI, I was never given an opportunity to share my food with my local community. I’m eager to share my passion with my new local community!
