Our local organic flour is milled by Lindley Mill in North Carolina. Our loaves and baked goods use sprouted, whole-grain wheat and rye flour. We only use wild yeast, captured in our starter from the local environment, for a distinct flavor and to lower the body’s glycemic response to carbs. Everything we bake is plant-based. We use organic, vegan butter for cookies and biscuits. We limit the amount of added sugar in our muffins, cookies, and desserts and use organic, raw, vegan sugar.
