We are a budding micro bakery in Lorton. We use all organic quality ingredients with a focus on the the star of the show - Kamut flour. If it uses flour - you’ll see it at our stand - breads, scones, muffins, pretzels, pies, and pasta! Kamut flour offers higher protein and lower gluten. It’s gentle on your stomach but doesn’t lack in taste!
