Elderberry Syrup

The elderberries grow chemical-free on our acreage. Elderberry juice, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon are summered together while the elderberry is reduced to an eight fruit concentration (8F). This reduction is infused into pure raw local honey. Serving size is half teaspoon (yes, it is THAT concentrated).
