Focaccia

This bread, of Italian origin, features olive oil in the dough, which adds richness and bold flavor to the bread. Traditionally served in thick square or rectangular slices, our focaccia flavors will vary: from a simple herb preparation, to fillings such as caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, and basil & mozzarella.
