The addition of freshly-made oat porridge to our Country sourdough dough makes for a heartier, oatier flavored bread. Like our Country dough, it's perfect for toast, sandwiches, and eating just as it is!
All of our sourdough breads only use true sourdough starter for their rise, and undergo a 36-hour fermentation process. No commercial yeast is ever used in our sourdough breads.
