Country Sourdough

The most traditional sourdough, our Country loaf weighs in at 1 kg before baking, providing you with plenty of crusty, tasty bread to enjoy before it's time to come back and get another one.

All of our sourdough breads only use true sourdough starter for their rise, and undergo a 36-hour fermentation process. No commercial yeast is ever used in our sourdough breads.
