Orange Maple Scones and Canele

Our orange maple scones and canele are some of our favorite Christmas time treats. The orange maple scones are flaky and have a refreshing zesty glaze. Our canele have a nice custard with a hint of Cognac and as is frech tradition, we use a beeswax mixture with melted butter to keep them moist and fresh.
